Shipping policy

Europe: 10 €
Shipments to all countries within Europe are free of charge for orders exceeding 100€. For order below 100€, we charge 10€. The shipments are fulfilled by DHL or ELTA (Hellenic Post). Local tax and duties will add upon delivery when shipping to countries outside the European Union.
Return fee is 20 €.

USA: 15 €
Shipments within USA are free of charge for orders exceeding €250. For orders below €250, the shipping fee is 15€. All shipments are fulfilled by DHL or ELTA (Hellenic Post).
Return fee is €15.

Rest of the world: 30€
Shipments for the rest of the world the shipping fee is 30€. All shipments are fulfilled by DHL or ELTA (Hellenic Post).).
Return fee is 30 €.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

ACS (Greece) 
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here https://www.acscourier.net/en/track-and-trace

ACS will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

ELTA: (EU,USA and rest of the world)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.elta.gr/en-us/personal/tracktrace.aspx

ELTA will hand over the package to your national postal service which will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. It is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details
